Dr. Punyadech Photangtham is the HIV Medical Director for Greenwich House, Inc. After graduating with a medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, he completed his residency in Family Medicine at Beth Israel Residency in Urban Family Practice.  He served as co-chief resident during his final year of residency.  As a recipient of the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Award, he served at Betances Health Center as the senior family physician and HIV specialist for 7 years. In his current position as the HIV Medical Director for Greenwich House Primary Care Initiative Program in New York, NY, Dr. Photangtham provides health care to underserved populations living with HIV, chronic hepatitis B, and/or chronic hepatitis C, as well as those with substance abuse issues. In addition, in July 2007, he started a private primary care practice, Pride Medical PLLC, in the Washington Heights area of New York City.
